DAYS 1-5
JHUNJHUNU, BIKANER TO JASAILMER IN THAR DESERT
Our group adventure will start by moving straight from New Delhi to Jhunjhunu, famous for its frescoes and then to Mandawa where we will get lost among the painted havelis. We will visit Desnoke and its Rat Temple and then continue towards Bikaner. We will reach Jaisalmer, where we will explore the Golden Fort that stands majestically in the Thar Desert, preparing ourselves to live the experience of a night under the stars in the heart of the desert.
DAYS 6-9
Pokhran, Jodhpur, JAIPUR AND THE GHOST TOWN OF FATEPHUR SIKRI
We will visit Pokhran to discover its historic fort and Osian, where the ancient Jain temples await us. We will continue towards Jodhpur to explore the majestic Mehrangarh fort. Then we will immerse ourselves in the tranquillity of the sacred lake in Pushkar, experiencing moments of pure spirituality. Jaipur will enchant us with the Palace of the Winds and the ancient observatory of Jantar Mantar. Finally Fatehpur Sikri, the ghost city, where we will admire its magnificent palaces and the great mosque.
DAYS 10-12
FROM TAJ MAHAL TO NEW DELHI CHAOS
In Agra , the Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world, and the Agra Fort await us. We will not miss the opportunity to visit the Baby Taj complex and the Mehtab Bagh gardens for a unique view of the Taj Mahal at sunset. We will continue towards Delhi , with the Qutub Minar, the majestic India Gate, symbols of India’s rich history, the Lotus Temple with its modern and spiritual architecture, and the vibrant bazaar of Chandni Chowk, where we will savor the local cuisine and traditional handicrafts before returning to Italy.
